Help for women and girls from all countries
Did somebody say or do something in a sexual way that didn’t feel right? Are you worried about a woman or girl affected by sexual misconduct? Frauennotruf Heidelberg is an organization that helps women and girls from age 14 who have experienced sexual violence. We also offer services for their supporters (for example family members, friends and teachers).
Forms of sexual misconduct
Many persons affected by sexual violence don’t know whether the experience they have is a form of sexual violence. Examples of sexual violence are catcalling, sexual harassment, rape and sexual abuse. If you struggle with questions such as „Was I sexually assaulted?“, „Why did it happen to me?“ or „What can I do now?“, we are here to support you.
Free counseling
The services we provide are free of charge. You don’t need to disclose your personal data and everything you tell us is confidential. You can use our services over the phone, via video conference or you can come to our office. Thanks to our female translators, you can speak to us in your language.
